Welland Flair^® Oval has been designed by clinical nurse specialists specifically for ostomates with transverse loop colostomies, prolapsed colostomies, large irregular shaped stomas, and hernias. It incorporates Welland’s HyperFlex^® hydrocolloid which is kind to the skin, with the oval shaped hydrocolloid flange facilitating maximum adhesion and security.

It is particularly useful in large oedematous stomas that need more hydrocolloid around the stoma site for extra security and protection.

Stomas that are sited high up on the abdomen are often uncomfortable due to the extra pouch material used on traditional pouches. Welland’s Flair^® Oval has a well thought-out design which incorporates a low profile top for extra comfort that means it does not rub under breasts or show under shirts.

Flair^® Oval is ideal for use on parastomal hernias as its flexible hydrocolloid flange shape allows conformity in all directions.
