Welland Medical is pleased to announce another fantastic year of fundraising in aid of our sponsored charity, St Catherine’s Hospice. St Catherine’s Hospice is largely funded from voluntary donations and their care is only made possible thanks to the generosity of supporters and volunteers.
Staff at Welland Medical have been busy raising money from a number of events throughout the year, including donating goods to supply St Catherine’s 14 shops through their Blue Bag scheme and the St Catherine’s hospice midnight walk. As a result, staff helped to raise £3000, a figure that was matched by the Company, meaning that Welland Medical was able to donate a cheque to the hospice totalling £6,000.
Welland Medical is also proud to announce sponsorship of the St Catherine’s Hospice Midnight Walk again for 2014. The midnight walk takes place on 28th June 2014.

In other charity projects Welland Medical donated a further £500 to Breakaway, the only England & Wales based charity offering residential activity breaks for young people from 4-18 with bowel and/or bladder dysfunctions and their families
